We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Software Demo Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting demos of our school management software for prospective preschool owners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Conduct software demos for prospective preschool owners
• Understand and explain technical aspects of the software to non-technical audiences
• Provide accurate and timely responses to clients’ questions and concerns
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and address client needs
• Responsible for accurate reporting of your demo sessions, which should include their feedback, comments, progress, and analysis by monthly metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, compassion, and enthusiasm
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Access to a personal laptop with a built-in camera or an external high-quality camera.
