Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team to promote and sell our SaaS School Management System to educational institutions. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sales and marketing. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing sales quotations, and building relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Your job is to meet the sales targets established by the company management by implementing their strategies and tactics. This involves collaborating with your supervisor to identify and maintain a list of customers in the designated target regions
• Identify and properly qualify new sales leads by reaching out to schools and educational institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients and provide them with a clear understanding of our product offerings.
• Prepare sales quotations based on client requirements and negotiate pricing with clients.
• Establish strong relationships with key customers and provide them with exceptional service to build loyalty and trust.
• Provide strategic account service by understanding clients’ needs and resolving any challenges they face.
• Update key accounts on any new marketing campaigns and promotions to maintain their interest in our product.
• Responsible for accurate reporting your visits and actions with customers on customer call cards, which should include their feedback, comments, competitors’ activity, progress, action plans, and analysis by monthly sales metrics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the software industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise during the sales process.
• Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage accounts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
