Group A comprises Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu. Group B comprises Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor and the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya.

Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year falls on 6 and 7 February 2027.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri
Hari Raya Aidilfitri falls on 10 and 11 March 2027, within the Term 1 school holiday. Group A receives an additional KPM holiday on 14 March 2027.
Hari Raya Aidiladha
Hari Raya Aidiladha falls on 17 May 2027, with 18 May also observed in Kelantan and Terengganu.
